A small and growing wealth management & accounting firm in Wyomissing, PA is looking for a bright, energetic and friendly customer service oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and client service support for staff and clients.
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the Private Wealth Management Team and CPA in servicing clients, with a focus on customer service.
Interact with clients including answering the phone, answering general questions, making appointments
Help gathering and submission of various forms and documents for the investment team.
Assist in client billings.
Collect and organize client files and submitted items for tax return pre-preparation.
Assist in tax preparation (data entry, bookkeeping, copy and process tax returns.)
Organizing office space, which may include lifting boxes of paper up to 50 lbs., and moving items in the office.
There may also be other duties as assigned when needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Some experience in administrative assistance, bookkeeping, tax preparation or took courses in accounting and taxation.
New graduates who have a desire to be in the financial services industry are encouraged to apply.
Polished communication skills and proficiency in business-related verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge of Drake Tax Software or QuickBooks is a big plus.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment
Personal characteristics include integrity, being professional in attitude and appearance, and trustworthiness.
Interest in the financial services industry. Path to either financial advisor or tax professional possible.
Available to work overtime in January through April.
