Job Summary:
The Property Mechanic is responsible for assisting property personnel to ensure all BioSpectra properties are in a good and safe condition at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ï¼ Assist equipment operator, carpenters, and other skilled labor
ï¼ Prep working site by cleaning obstacles and hazards
ï¼ Load or unload materials as needed
ï¼ Shovel, rake, dig
ï¼ Performs outside property maintenance, landscaping, mowing and snow removal
ï¼ Follow instructions from supervisors/managers
ï¼ Assist craft/specialized workers as needed
ï¼ Read to learn from on-the-job training when necessary
ï¼ Perform site clean-up
ï¼ Assist with building maintenance as needed.
ï¼ Maintains good housekeeping practices
ï¼ Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by management

ï¼ Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks

ï¼ Ability to safely operate riding mowers/weed whackers/snow blower
ï¼ Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety protocols
ï¼ Demonstrate mechanical aptitude to work with various tools and machines
ï¼ Good math skills for measuring and cutting
ï¼ Detail Oriented
ï¼ Ability to learn cGMP and Safety programs.
