Pino's Contemporary Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar, a successful family-owned and operated, upscale restaurant seeks an Artisan Pizza Maker. (note: this is not a pizza shop)
The successful candidate will be skilled in the craft of Napolitana pizza production.
He/she will be required to set up & prep pizza toppings.
Must be meticulous & organized to ensure smooth flow and timeliness of orders.
Tasks will also include:
-make pizza dough recipe
-make pizza sauce
-prep cheeses
-prep pizza station
-be able to lift 50# bags of flour
-climb steps
-prep baked appetizers
-assist with desserts
-be responsible for the cleanliness of station
-work as a team player
-come to work with a positive attitude
-opportunity to advance, work and train in other stations
This position is 35-40 hours.
