Pomeroy is in need of a
Win 10 Traveling Technician to service our Pittsburgh PA clients, 17 office locations within Pittsburgh for the next 4 months. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, Windows OS 10, and PC tech/break-fix experience as well as reliable transportation (all mileage will be reimbursed). Win 10 Traveling Technician Requirements Professional; be able to work unsupervised. 2+ years of Desktop support experienceWindows 7 & 10 OS experience PC/laptop "break fix" experience Must have a good understanding of computers/laptops and their associated plug-ins. Must have trouble ticket experience (ServiceNOW or Remedy are preferred). Able to use and fix laptops and desktops from a variety of manufacturers, as required. $20 per hour, M-F 8-5. Must be able to pass a nationwide criminal background screen, DMV check, and a 10 panel drug testVacancy caducado!
