We're seeking future team member for our Associate, Client Service Representative II role located in Pittsburgh, PA. Hybrid work available.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Completes daily work for the team and serves as the subject matter expert for the most complex transactions and processes.
Provides assistance for the most complex issues that have been escalated by junior team members and guides junior team members towards solutions.
Researches and resolves complex operational or client issues. Identifies trends in client issues and proposes solutions.
Monitors team efficiency and develops and implements process improvements.
Helps develop and supports the achievement of team objectives.
Functions in a fraud prevention role by reviewing disbursement tasks for red flags
Understands, enforces, and communicates internal policies and procedures with front office colleagues
Uses excellent client service skills to provide best-in-class interactions for our clients
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
Experience in financial services preferred.
