Assisting the store manager in the operation of the retail store.

• Acting as store manager during the absence of the store manager.
• Responsible for opening and closing store, and ensuring security of premises.
• Supervising assigned store personnel.
• Maintaining and promoting good customer relations.
• Responsible for handling the sales revenue including deposits.
• Ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and aisles are not blocked.
• Arranging displays.
• Straightening shelves and hanging items as necessary.
• Replenishing merchandise to display floor.
• Works one-on-one with Retail Associates on interpersonal skills, production, work quality, and other skills to help them grow in their personal development and that of Goodwill
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

External Hiring Range: Up to $16.45/Hour with additional Bonus Potential
