Senior Staff Accountant
An accounting firm in Washington, PA seeks staff accountant for full or part-time general accounting work. Our business specializes in accounting work for companies of all sizes, in addition to personal accounting work. We are looking for a candidate that enjoys being part of a team and possess excellent communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
This position is responsible for:
-Yellow Book audits
-Preparing personal and business tax returns
-Compilation and Review of financial statements
-Maintenance of client relationships
Hours for this position will vary and be determined by the needs of the clientele however schedule is flexible. Some additional tax season hours may be needed. This position reports to an experienced CPA partner with 20+ years of experience. Salary and benefits are negotiable.
Mandatory Experience:
-CPA preferred not required
-Bachelors degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, or related field
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Experience:
-Accounting-based internship or professional experience
