1. General Understanding of Real Estate

4. QuickBooks
5. Strong book-keeping skills - Handling Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
6. Property Management:
a. Lease review
b. Scheduling work crews
c. Working with public utilities
2-3 year’s experience preferred.
