Field Services Position
Titan Property Services seeking Independent Contractors to perform Field Service inspections, deliver collection letters, take quality photos and report on the condition of properties and other collateral located within your chosen territory. Field inspection professionals work within their chosen counties of coverage gathering basic information on the condition of the property and providing photos to support your report.
Types of Inspections: Occupancy, FNMA, Sale Date, Insurance Loss, mortgagor interviews, delinquent autos etc.
Requirements: dependable with reliable transportation, internet access, e-mail account, GPS, Wireless Printer, Clean Criminal background, knowledge of FDCPA
Qualified candidates will be very organized, have exceptional time management skills, be detail orientated, and possess the physical ability to drive between 8am-9pm. Experience is preferred but not required. Field Visits are due within 48 hours.

Hiring for all Counties in PA
$20 Per Inspection for Experienced $15 Per Inspection for Non Experienced for first 30 days. Paid Daily (Cash App or Pay-Pal) 1099 for taxes at end of year
