Job Description
Innotech Laser is looking to expand. We are currently hiring for a production associate in our laser engraving department. Ideal candidate will have production or manufacturing experience, but we are willing to train the right person. Good Time management, attention to detail, reliable transportation, and being a team player are key to this position.
Daily Responsibilities:
Examine work orders to determine details such as quantities to be engraved, production time, stock specifications
Catch and report quality issues
Problem solving and troubleshooting
Have ability to keep machine running with a steady flow
Assemble and Pack boxes with light-weight packaging components
Inspect product as per quality standards
Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to follow directions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Strong attention to detail
Must have basic computer skills
Occasionally lift cases weighing up to 50lbs.
Safely walk, reach, bend, push, pull, twist, kneel, as necessary to perform the job duties
Prompt, daily attendance. Punctual for shift.
Basic written and verbal communication skills (must be able to work independently and as a team member)
A strong sense of urgency, plus attention to detail and accuracy
Shift runs 9am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday with a 30 minute meal break
Weekend hours and overtime is available during busy season & may be mandatory.
