Instructional Design Part time Create, Edit & Deliver Online Content
Using: Adobe Premier, Knowledge Link and GTM/GTW platforms

To support this work in the online space, we seek a hands-on, energetic, detail-driven individual to join our team on a part-time basis (up to 20 Hours per week). Job duties vary from online curriculum edits and module creation, to online dissemination of marketing message with willingness to assist in classroom facilitation of online lessons to groups of adult learners from time to time.
Job Description
Support the implementation and development of online learning resources
- Edit and repurpose existing video content
- Shoot and incorporate new video content as directed
- Create Webinar/Podcast slides and scripts from existing content
- Share content across multiple platforms per request
Support the Sales Channel using Salesforce for E-blasts, and other lead follow up sources
Support the Data Organization resources for all online learning resources and training assets of the company
Ability to support live training classes from time to time in our in-house training academy

Skills Include:
Experience with editing, creating and delivery of online content modules via video modules, audio podcasts, and webinars with embedded video & slides
Highly Proficient with Adobe Premier for video creation and video editing
Experienced with online content creation/editing such as SCORM, Articulate Storyline, Knowledge Link, YouToMe, Teachable or other platforms a plus
Experienced with online delivery and troubleshooting during webinars in via GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar; Zoom and/or Skype for Business platforms
Expertise with Social Media use to drive sales FB, Twitter, YouTube channel and LinkedIn
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word, including templates and advanced features (familiar with Accessibility Features or willingness to learn)
Project Management and Data tracking skills required
Ability to deliver live classroom facilitated instruction from time to time
Salesforce Experience a plus
Electronic document accessibility experience (Assistive Technology) a plus
The position includes high volume priorities across multiple areas of focus, requiring excellent project management skills, and interpersonal flexibility. The candidate will be expected to maximize use of existing resources while also creating new content as directed, therefore the ability to fluctuate between working independently while managing overlapping team priorities is a must.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years-experience in related work in most areas reference is required as on-the-job training will be limited
Bachelors degree or extensive work history equivalent required. Masters degree in Instructional Design Technology a plus
