Pediatrics office near Paoli Hospital is seeking a part time employee. This is a 2 to 3 day per week part time position. Hours approximately 8:00am to 5:30pm weekdays only, no holidays or evenings. (Hours may vary slightly by season). Responsibilities include training for two positions. The Clinical, who takes families back to their rooms, weighs and measures patients, and documents in our medical record system. And the Front Desk, who answers phones, schedules patients, checks insurance, and closes out the billing at the end of the day.
Must have a pleasant personality, a happy voice on the phone, enjoy working with children, and be comfortable working with a computers. We will fully train you, no medical experience neccessary. We pride ourselves on great customer service. Must have great attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Our team would of course like to meet you in person, so that you can get a feel for the great personalities who work with us! We have been safely serving patients since the COVID crisis began in March. All employees wear masks and goggles at all times.
This position requires flexibility in days you can work. Although we are seeking an employee to work two to three days, our schedule rotates of days to keep a fair distribution for everyone. All of our employees follow this rotation to insure equal "long weekends" for everyone. We also require all employees to help to cover others for vacations, sick days and other time off. This would mean an extra day that week.
No previous experience is required for this position. We train you fully.
Salary starts at $15 with bonuses and pay raises for excellent performance. We cannot provide health insurance with this position. Our dress code is scrubs and closed toe shoes. We will reimburse you for two pairs or custom scrubs, a jacket and shoes after a period of time as an employee.
