Kutak Rock LLP seeks a full-time associate attorney to join the Litigation Department in its Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience handling insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Other litigation experience, including insurance defense and/or creditors rights litigation may be helpful and will be considered.
