Associate Director, Advancement Operations

Description We are seeking an Associate Director, Advancement Operations to join our Education team in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania. As an integral part of our team, your primary role will be to manage and optimize fundraising databases, process gifts and data entries, and collaborate with the Advancement Team to support and educate on effective database use. You will also play a crucial role in conducting donor research and utilizing data strategy to guide the department's growth.
