How it works:
- Youll be assigned temp jobs each day, Monday Friday
- Youll work for families that request you
- You work every week and get a guaranteed weekly salary
- If you work less, you are paid your weekly guarantee
- If you work more, you are paid for the additional hours
Requirements:
- Must be available Monday Friday
- Able to start as early as 7am or stay as late as 7pm, if needed (you know ahead of time)
- Have verifiable experience working as a nanny, babysitter, day care provider, teacher
- Comfortable using a smartphone app and texting
- Willing to travel to various homes throughout the area
Compensation and Benefits:
- $15-16 per hour depending on experience
- Legal weekly direct deposit as an employee of PNN
- Paid time off for vacation, sick days and holidays

If Hired:
- Must be able to provide legal work status in the US
- Must get Child and Infant CPR and First Aid certification within 6 weeks of employment
