Service Advisor
Our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram & Chevrolet dealership is in need of a Service Advisor for our very busy service department.
WE DO NOT CHANGE PAY PLANS If you are disgruntled with forever changing pay plans that disappoint we are the place for you!
Experience is important however, we welcome individuals who may be new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality. If you have experience there is potential for a promotion to service manager.
Responsibilities include:
Delegate and supervise work in a productive and efficient manner
Make sure that our customers receive prompt and courteous service along with correct information
Create estimates and properly advise customers as to the services needed for their vehicles
Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is allocated correctly
Effectively communicate information to manufacturers
Follow manufacturers’ processes
Necessary Qualifications:
Attention to detail
Great organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage staff
Properly perform your job with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills
Neat and professional appearance
