The IT Managers role is to provide network and systems administration, optimization, and enhancement for multiple office locations. The IT Manager is hands-on, responsible for the company's technology infrastructure (operations, backup, upgrade and maintenance), including computers, servers, network, and telecommunications.

Must be detailed-oriented, self-starter, excellent communication skills, process oriented and have a willingness to learn new technologies.

Ability to relate highly technical information in a clear and easily understood manner to non-technical personnel.

Strong sense of urgency and service-minded individual.

Requirements:

BA or BS degree in computer science, related field or equivalent experience

5+ years multiple office, systems and network administration experience

Ability to lead a small team of IT professionals, including managing 3rd party relationships, vendors and contractors

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Current & Legacy Systems:

o Email Security (Mimecast), Microsoft Active Directory, Okta SSO, Google GSuite (Gmail, Google Drive), Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Cisco VOIP (Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity), Cisco VPN/AnyConnect, VMWare, Hyper-V, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SSCM), Cisco Router, End Point Security (Anti-Virus), Network Security, Cisco Firewall, Cisco VPN Tunnels (DMVPN), DHCP Snooping, DAI (Dynamic ARP Inspection), Border Security, Application Security, AWS

Experience with network diagraming current states vs future states

Ability to develop and provide measurement metrics to improve IT internal operations

Prior experience in desktop or customer support environment supporting various hardware and software.

Technical knowledge and experience with hardware components: network devices, PC workstations, printers, and audio/video hardware

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with other entities in the firm.

Experience migrating from Legacy Systems to Cloud Technologies

Experience with Business Continuity Planning & Disaster Recovery Planning

Special Projects

Other duties as needed

Create and maintain system/process documentation, procedures and policies.

Develop and maintain system for tracking of all IT assets and licenses.

Additional Experience:

Facilities experience a plus

Cisco CCNP certification a plus

NetSuite experience a plus
