We are a Busy and Growing Property Holding/Management Company with Homes, Apartment Complex's, and Commercial (Retail & Office) Properties in need of a reliable Maintenance Technician for a variety of services, to include:
-Carpentry
-HVAC Repairs
-Appliance Repairs
-Drywall repairs
-Demolition
-Debris removal
-Clean outs/ups
-Flooring
-Lock changes
-Painting
-Preventive Maintenance
-Remodels / Turnovers
-Window repairs
-Minor Trades
-Miscellaneous repairs
-Cleaning
-Punch out Lists
-Snow Removal on call
-After hours on call schedule
REQUIREMENTS:
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
-Minimum of 1 year experience
-Knowledge of safety requirements and codes
-Diagnose and efficiently complete maintenance work
-Accurately estimate cost of jobs and create turnover/renovation lists
-Must have a phone that has the ability to text, e-mail, and take pictures
-Ability to effectively communicate with staff
