Our small family-owned company is looking for someone to take on some graphic design work and grow with us. We do print ads and catalogs, as well as Wordpress web sites. Work can be done remotely, but you need to be in the Lancaster area. There would be occasional meetings with us or with clients (at their location) for project planning, work sessions, and to review drafts.
The position will start at about 20 hours a week (part time), but could lead to full time work. Currently, our workload is limited only by our staffing, and with the right person willing to take on more, there is potential for growth.
Requirements:
Must have a laptop running the Adobe CC suite
Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Good communication skills
Customer service oriented
While experience in the following is not required, it would help position you for success:
Product photography
Marketing
Copy writing
Wordpress / PHP
Database design or management
Excel
