About the Position:

Our Client forges partnerships with farmers, ranchers, and other hardworking professionals across America. They agricultural molasses makes for healthier cattle, richer soil, and it even serves as a key tool for municipal governments. High-quality bulk molasses for sale has been at the center of their business since we began in 1934 and carry on that tradition today. As a family-owned and operated company, they have held onto the commitment to build relationships with all their customers. ? They are currently looking for a Production Floater.

Job Summary:

Responsible for all areas of food production, including dry and/or wet line area, as production and cleaning needs dictate. Job functions are to be performed within quality and production standards.

Essential Job Functions:

Packs product

Labels all packaged product

Operates all machinery related to packaging

Cleans floors

Weighs packages and reads scales

Stacks packaged product

Cleans production lines and related equipment

May be asked to work in other areas as production needs dictate

Wears the proper safety equipment

Any other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by the manager or supervisor

Safety training and certifications as required

Designated Safety Sensitive Position

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience (Licenses and Certifications):

High school diploma or GED

Equipment to Be Used:

Computer, forklift and all equipment related to production

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Working knowledge of methods, materials and tools used in food production

Ability to perform manual work requiring periods of extensive physical exertion

Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

Ability to work under stress with interruptions and deadlines

Ability to understand and interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form as they pertain to production

Ability to master basic math skills

Paying: $14

Temp to hire position.

Able to Grow within the company due to performance and willingness to grow

Hours of operation is 7:00 PM – 3:30 PM M - F
