Responsibilities (not limited to)
Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
Assist in HR projects, meetings and training seminars
Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming applications and resumes
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on-boarding packages and explaining company policies
Manage the departments telephone center and address queries accordingly
Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
Assist managers in purchasing related tasks: issuance and follow-up of purchase orders, communication with supplies, etc.
Requirements
Previous work experiences as an HR Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or Office clerk
PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Teamwork skills
