Piper Companies is looking for a IVR Engineer for a leading healthcare organization in Lancaster, PA.
Responsibilities for the IVR Engineer:- Provide development efforts for the customization of Avaya applications
- Provide troubleshooting expertise for problems and bugs
- 5+ years of Voice Engineering experience with a primary focus in Avaya technologies
- Extensive experience with IVR development
- Knowledge of Avaya Orchestrator, Designer, DSS
- Experience with Avaya Portal and POM outbound dialers
- Knowledge of Avaya integrations - voice, video, collaborative systems
- Experience with Screen pops, call back assist, patient outreach, appointment reminder - preferred
- Good communication skills - capable of interfacing with various internal departments
- $135,000 - $145,000
