Monitoring Technician - Part-time Third Shift 10pm - 7am

Description
To provide coverage for the nationwide 24-hour monitoring service and Triangle Refrigeration Co. telephones. Also provided after-hours coverage for service dispatch.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Monitor and respond to all alarms on a timely basis.
2. Enter all data concerning the day’s alarms into the data base and file all alarms.
3. Run weekly recurring alarm reports and monthly reports as directed by the Monitoring Manager.
4. Provide a quality 24-hour answering service to Triangle Refrigeration Co. after hours.
5. Dispatch and coordinate service calls after hours for the appropriate refrigeration and/or HVAC service technicians.
Education, Experience and Licensure
1. High school diploma or GED
2. A minimum of one year of customer service experience.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
1. Strong customer service skills.
2. Strong telephone skills.
3. Basic computer skills
