Clean Energy Heating Systems is looking for a PT bookkeeper to join our team. We manufacture waste oil heaters and boilers for commercial customers. Our innovative high quality heaters and boilers convert waste oil into heat, providing cost savings and environmental benefits for our customers. Our Ideal Bookkeeper
Experienced: Must have previous bookkeeping experience in invoicing, AP/AR, account reconciliation, etc. Experience with EBMS is a plus but not required.
Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to do excellent work. Strong interpersonal skills
Accurate: Consistently works with minimal mistakes and a high level of accuracy. Must be organized and detailed.
Collaborative: Willing to work with purchasing and sales to answer questions. Can support the work of our accountant & CFO.
Efficient: Can stay motivated and make sure all tasks are completed promptly. Can build systems & processes to complete tasks faster & more accurately.
What we offer our PT Bookkeeper
$16-$18 p/h DOE
Flexible PT schedule looking for someone to work approximately 16 hours & 3-4 days per week
