Pharmacist - CPG Medical Oncology

CPP Medical Specialties is seeking a full-time Pharmacist for the Medical Oncology.In treatment and prevention of disease, in support of diagnosis and surgery, and for palliative, comforting therapies, the Pharmacist will provide pharmacy care.Care will correspond to patients; unique medical needs, will be appropriate to the patients’ age –newborn, pediatric, adolescent, adult or geriatric, and will follow established dispensing procedures for inpatient and outpatient prescriptions.
