Current PA RN License and Current CPR. GN: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Graduate Nurse Summary completed by School of Nursing or College Nursing Department. Current PA Temporary Practice Permit. SUMMARY: Provides direct day-to-day care of patients and families. Practices to the fullest extent of their license in accordance with organizational policies. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, functions as a member of the Patient Focused Care Team in collaboration and implementation of the established patients plan of care.
