Achievement of minimum competencies, and MOA Certification. The successful trainee will learn to provide front office support to clinical operations. Work with a diverse patient population to ensure accuracy of patient intake, registration, payments, and scheduling. Routinely answer phone calls and provide assistance to inquiries. Must be detail oriented with good interpersonal and customer service skills.The trainee will work under the daily supervision of the MOA Academy Coordinator and other educators, and the designated Practice Site Managers and/or assigned staff when out on clinic rotations.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:Basic computer skillsExcellent interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively interact with all levels of staff and patientsAbility to solve problems, or seek assistance from supervisor when necessaryPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Medical Office experience preferred6 months of customer service experience preferred.If chosen for this position, you may be required to pass a Post Offer Employment Physical Exam in accordance with the measurements listed in the Work Task Analysis (WTA) report.
