What you’ll be doing As our Senior Network Real Estate Manager you will be responsible for leading the Real Estate and Regulatory team. You’ll manage a team to deliver the financial & legal real estate negotiations of new builds, modifications, In-Building, large Venue, DAS, ODAS, and jeopardy renewal leases within the OPW Region. As a leader in the Real Estate organization you will motivate, coach and develop your team to maximize productivity and drive employee performance. You have the natural ability to work through complex situations and collaborate with different organizations to ensure results.Managing an internal team and external vendors for all property management of existing network cell sites, to select site, lease, renew leases, zone, manage A&E drawings, permit, filing regulatory applications for modifications, small cells, in-building, and new build sites.Attending zoning hearings and negotiating difficult leases with landlords.Partnering with Outside Legal and Government Affairs in local lobbying with Cities to get 4G and 5G solutions in place.Leading the team to successfully negotiate work and working with all Landlords and their agents, and vendors in order to preserve the company’s rights and meet the company’s contractual and regulatory obligations.Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other managers, peers, executive leadership, clients and key contacts within other departments within Verizon Wireless and with outside vendors and customers.Ensuring proper FCC, NEPA, FAA and SHPO requirements are met.What we’re looking for You’ll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

Six or more of relevant work experience.

Willingness to travel across market as needed

Valid driver's license

Even better if you have:

A degree.

Experience working on an external facing project requiring public speaking and contract negotiating.

Demonstrated leadership skills, positive attitude, results-based and solutions-oriented mentality

Excellent Time and Task Management Skills

Strong technical, analytical, and project management skills
