Training including Non-Operative Interventional Spine Fellowship and Accredited Residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
Experience in electrodiagnostics preferred
Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
A valid Pennsylvania Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
