We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who will be responsible for educating the community on the importance of blood donations, and for growing our blood donor base through developing new and cultivating existing blood drive sponsors in Lower Montgomery, Lower Bucks, Philadelphia County, upper Burlington, and Mercer County.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of sales, community outreach or training experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be comfortable presenting to large groups.
Practical knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to find solutions to complex issues.
Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
Must hold a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and be comfortable with frequent car travel within the assigned region.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
Non-profit experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Grow our blood donor base through recruiting and retaining blood donor groups to meet the transfusion needs of patients in our local hospitals.
Meet with donor groups to plan effective recruitment and marketing strategy for each blood drive.
Coordinate logistics for each blood drive, monitor recruitment efforts, and respond to issues to ensure blood drive success and customer satisfaction.
Evaluate drive performance and collect feedback to effectively plan for future drives.
Educate the public on the importance of blood donation, special programs, and initiatives through speaking engagements and participating in community events.
Continuously prospect for new partnerships within assigned region.
