The Client Navigator Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination between patients, caregivers, referral sources & the sales teams. The positions focuses on managing the intake process for new product placements of durable medical equiptment in patients home environments. The Specialist is the first point of contact for all new and returning clients and ensures an exceptional patient experience.
