Looking for maintenance technician to provide services for apt/commercial buildings. Must have experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and appliances. Must have ability to lift 70-80 lbs. without assistance and have ability to lift 80-150 lbs. with assistance. Capable of handling overhead work, ground, work, climb ladders, structures, etc. Must be capable of dismounting various equipment and equipment apparatus. Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions (rain, snow, flooding, etc). Required to be scheduled for on-call service. Must provide own tools. Must have valid PA driver's license.
