Permanent position for someone willing to work in house at a food mfg facility assisting all applicants with on-boarding process, stay on top of work/safety/personal issues.
The goal is new hire processing as well as retention of workers.
Most are Spanish speaking.
Must like working with the public and be willing to be active in Job Fairs, Flyer Distribution, and other recruiting methods.
Will work between various sites. Hourly pay plus mileage.
