Advantage Technical is seeking a PMS Technician for our client in Allentown, PA. This is a hybrid remote position at a great global company with training provided.
This person is responsible for customer complaint processing in SAP (initial coding, complaint sample / additional information retrieval from the customer, assigning the investigation to the investigation team, completing health authority reports to the health authorities, and writing/sending the complaint final response letter to the customer).
The preference would be someone entry-level with a 4-year life sciences degree. A large part of the job is writing customer complaint response letters, so technical writing skills are a requirement. The technician is responsible for tracking the complaint records to closure and ensuring timeliness, so they need to be organized and self-motivated.
