Support and help drive effectiveness of existing strategic partnerships and programs.

Identify organizations in adjacent areas of our core business to generate incremental revenue share opportunities and expand our value added services to clients.

Project management and support of integrations for our retirement services and employee benefits eco-system.

Game-plan and execute an account strategy to deliver maximum revenue potential

Generate referrals by identifying key centers of influence and developing relationships; uncover the needs and challenges for them and their business clients.

Collaborate with sales leaders and marketing team to drive effective campaigns and events with and through partner channels.

Experience You Need:

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience

Understanding of partnership process and sell-through models.

0-3 years direct inbound or outbound sales, marketing, business development or related experience

Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office, suite specifically PowerPoint, Teams and Excel

Strong work ethic

Goal-oriented drive and demonstrated ability to complete projects on a strict deadline.

Disciplined approach to your day and week; focused and well-organized with highly effective time management skills

Proven customer facing and relationship building skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently but also as a collaborative member of a team

Self-confident and Professionally competitive

Capacity to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior business-to-business partnership development, support and/or sales experience with a proven track record in selling or creating partnerships and presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management.

Relationships and/or experience in the Human Capital, Financial Services, Insurance or related industries desired but not required.
