OPENING FOR EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER WITH TIRE SALES EXPERIENCE
Phoenix Auto Center Tire Pros is looking for a hard-working, professional to join our award-winning service team. We are a full-service automotive repair center and sell major brand tires. We strive for excellence and customer satisfaction by performing quality repairs with quality parts and by keeping close customer communications on what service and repairs are needed and why.
Three to five years current experience at an independent automotive shop is required. This position requires a friendly, outgoing and energetic personality that can manage to take care of a customer and coordinate the care of their vehicle from start to finish. It is a must to have good computer and writing skills; the ability to dispatch and organize the technicians on staff to diagnose and repair the vehicles; and to continually train through industry recognized classes and testing in order to keep up with changes in the industry and new vehicles.
Our SERVICE WRITER/TIRE SALES position is responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, communicating needed repairs & maintenance to customers in a way they will understand repair work needed, ordering parts, managing work with technicians and all other usual service writer duties. Skills include:
Excellent customer service skills
Automotive mechanical & parts knowledge
Major Brand Tire knowledge & tire sales experience
Be able to multitask
Be able to work as a team
Mitchell Manager experience is a BIG plus
Typing skills
MUST be currently working at an automotive repair shop.
Our Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 to 5:30. Benefits provided. Health insurance, Vacation & Holiday Pay. Must be able to pass drug screen test & have valid driver's license.
