Currently seeking a managerial level professional with experience working in retail to fill a position.
The Adult Shop is the largest adult retail company in Oregon, enhancing the lives and relationships of our customers for over 40 years. We are currently seeking to welcome a new leader to our already flourishing management team.
Our assistant managers enjoy leading, inspiring, and on-going training of associates, driving sales, and making a difference in our customer's lives daily. We firmly believe in a Lead by Example approach to training and coaching and that our customers are our number one priority. Assistant managers are trained in sales, leadership, conflict resolution, and day to day operations and are eligible to apply for any available store manager positions as they come available.

What is required?
Minimum education of high school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Experience in sales/retail
Full time hours with occasional overtime
Prior management or leadership experience
