Tigard Life and Tualatin Life newspapers are seeking writers and reporters. Our community newspapers focus on hyper-local coverage of human interest, events, people profiles, business, local politics, sports, and restaurant reviews.
We offer a variety of freelance assignments starting @ 15 per word + bonus, or hourly P/T-F/T employment to experienced reporters or after proving yourself as a freelance writer.
Basic photography and knowledge of the Washington County area highly desired. WordPress and/or Graphic Design/InDesign skills a plus. Desire minimum 1-year newsroom experience.
