Direct Marketing Solutions is a multi-channel direct marketing company specializing in direct mail & digital marketing. To keep up with our growth, we are looking for a qualified individual able to take charge of our Data Processing team as Data Processing Manager. Â

Position Overview

Your primary responsibilities as the Data Processing Manager are to oversee personnel responsible for translating client data and project requirements into production ready layouts and maintain and update internal code and software.Â

Essential Functions

Manage Data Processing team and establish project timelines based on complexity and priority of need

Ensure completion of all projects by established deadlines

Format client-supplied data into standard layouts for production

Maintain code and update software used throughout company

Establish quality control procedures to verify data output and reports match input instructions and program requirements

Additional Responsibilities

Train and develop staff

Participate in business impact analysis

Complete annual IT security trainings

Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience in direct mailing or production/warehouse environment helpful

At least five years' experience in computer programming and/or data processing

Three to five years' experience in management

RedPoint experience preferred

Knowledge of USPS software preferred and database verification systems such as CASS and NCOA

Proficient in C#, Java, or similar programming language

Proficient in MSSQL or PostgreSQL

Solid understanding of data mining and manipulation

Experience with Microsoft Office

Willingness to work outside of regular business hours

Ability to pass background checks and drug and alcohol screens

Bachelor's Degree preferred
