A day in the life of a Customer Care Rep
On a daily basis you will primarily be engaging with our customers over the phone. You'll be there to answer their billing questions, take payments, assist them with pricing information and help place their service orders. If you ever have any questions or need some help, you'll be surrounded by a helpful team of colleagues, leads and supervisors to jump in and assist.

Our Next Class of New Hires:
Start On:January 7th, 2020
Pay : $15.00 per hour
Shift Differential : $.75/hour for shifts starting after 11:00 AM
Weekend Differential : $1.00 to $1.50/hour
Training Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Tuesday through Saturday for your first 6 weeks
After Training: All shifts chosen upon offer after training are permanent & consistent.
