Position description:
Needing additional crew on multiple contracts and projects, including stormwater facility vegetation maintenance, invasive plant control, and plant installation in the Portland-Vancouver area. The nature of this work is part-time to full-time depending on our workload, however were very busy this season and seeking full time employees.
Position requirements:
-Able to do hard physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions
-Able to lift and carry 50 lbs., crouch, bend, stand, walk for 8 hours a day over rough, uneven, or slippery terrain.
-Safe and proper use of equipment and power tools.
-Ability to learn and identify native plants and invasive weeds.
-Reliable transportation to meet at crew pickup or jobsite locations.
-Preference given to candidates with backgrounds in outdoor physical labor work, plant ID, planting, and herbicide application.
