WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

5+ years of experience in software development experience

Diverse experience in Web Based Software development, including React, Redux,

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node, Microservice Architecture, REST / GraphQL

Experience in designing and implementing highly scalable web applications

Experience delivering software using an agile development process (Scrum

preferred)

Experience architecting and implementing AWS infrastructure and topologies

Experience with modern build strategies, continuous integration, unit testing,

static analysis, integration testing experience

Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. Aurora, Dynamo).

Commitment to and hands-on experience in performing technical code reviews

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or

equivalent work experienceOur

variety of platforms, including Nike.com and the SNKRS app. As a Senior Engineer

II, you will participate in the design, development and delivery of full stack

applications. You will partner with your teammates to ensure our software is of

the highest quality and that we meet all of our deliverables. You’ll provide

support of our applications including escalation and system performance of

production platforms and perform systems analysis and tuning to ensure optimal

operating systems response for multi-user applications.YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE

Participating in a high functioning DevOps Scrum team, employing pair

programming practices

Designing, developing, debugging, and testing full stack capabilities for Nike,

Product Catalog Administration Tools, inclusive of UX, frameworks, and APIs

that deliver secure, reliable, maintainable, highly available, and performant

web experiences

Building observable code that helps inform data driven decisions

Working in a continuous delivery model; deploying experiences frequently at

large scale to a global audience of consumers

Providing technical leadership and knowledge to your teammates

Consulting and performing engineering support, problem solving, and issue

resolution with internal and external resources

Partnering with, working in and across multiple teams to deliver customization
