Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Textiles, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum eight years’ experience in relevant product-related role, preferably in the Lifestyle apparel market

An additional two years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Thorough understanding of the product process

Experience Developing innovative product in partnership with factory is preferred

Advanced Merchandising skills

Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude, retail math and computer skills

Creativity and passion for product

As a Senior Product Line Manager in Bras you will Lead the Product triad (Design, Development, & Product) in the creation process. You have the opportunity to lead with your authentic self. We are seeking someone that is a team player, self-aware, collaborative, transparent and an energy giver.You will help create and implement strategy in partnership with Global Category Alignment Leader and triad leadership team, You will have the opportunity to independently lead strategic initiatives.We are looking for someone to be proactive, identify opportunities in the market, drive a vision behind it and track toward revenue goals. You will clearly, concisely and consistently communicate with cross functional product teammates.Communication will be through formal presentations, informal workshops, face to face meetings, email and phone calls. You are required to create tools to simplify the complex and ensure alignment across a highly matrixes organization. International communication is a plus.You will Obsess athlete insights — learn their product problems, needs, and collaborate with teammates on product solutions. You will complete qualitative and quantitative research to guide these decisions. Research will be focused on consumer, marketplace and the competition.An understanding of the technical build of bras is preferred but not required. An entrepreneurial, innovative, enterprise mindset is. Within this you will lead change in process and product to be more effective and efficient.
