For over 25 years Mad Science of Portland and Vancouver has delivered unique, hands-on science experiences for children that are as entertaining as they are educational. Our innovative programs help kids learn about science through fun hands-on programs. Mad Science encourages scientific literacy in children in an age when science is as vital as reading, writing, and arithmetic.
You do NOT need to be a teacher or a science major but you MUST enjoy and have experience working with groups of children, have a reliable car, and be an energetic individual with a desire to make learning fun.

Mad Science is an educational entertainment company focused on providing science enrichment for elementary-aged children. We are a local franchise of and international company. Our mission is to spark the imagination and curiosity of children by providing them with fun, interactive, and educational programs that instill a clear understanding of what science is and how it affects their world.
The schedule is flexible. We are looking for instructors to have availability Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 12:30 pm or Monday - Friday 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm at the very least. Although this is a part time position, there is the possibility of further work if your schedule permits.
