Local Ocean Seafoods is the premier destination for local, fresh, sustainable seafood on the Oregon Coast.
The Marketing Creative Manager will work directly with our management team to grow the Local Ocean Seafoods brand, in all our market channels.
The primary objective of the Marketing Creative Manager it to develop ideas and create and maintain promotional content to drive business in each of Local Ocean’s market channels: in house dining and lounge, take out, fish market, DockBox and other two new initiatives – a frozen shipping program, and a convenience market grab and go program.
Whether publishing a DockBox weekly offer, designing a new ad, reformatting an existing menu, or revising our signage and seafood labels, updating our website, or posting weekly to Facebook and Instagram - you will instrumental and sharing our story and engaging our customers.
If you have a creative mind, experience in graphic design, experience in e-commerce site and website management, we would like to talk to you.
This position is Part Time initially (20 hours per week) but can be combined with other company positions to create Full Time work opportunity at Local Ocean (please see other posted positions within the company or discuss your interest during the interview).
The position is based at our Newport, Oregon location. However, we can work with a final candidate to develop a reasonable in-office and at-home work balance. We anticipate at least 50% of the individuals time would be spent on site.
The position will have a 3-month trial period with a rate of pay between $18 and $22 per hour DOE and may extend to Full Time salaried work. Full Time workers have access to the company’s health insurance plan.
