Major Responsibilities:
2+ Years of hand/power tools skills/knowledge. Retail and customer service experience also required. You would be encouraged to provide outstanding customer service, confidently assist home owners with their hardware questions, and support the store management team.
Major Responsibilities Include:
Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
Ensure each customer receives outstanding service
Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities as assigned
Actively participate in store improvement activities
Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards
Participate in processing of new shipments
Assist in the training and development of peers
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally
Ability to stand for an extended period of time (4 hours)
