The service technician will take work direction from the Client, however, will be focused around the following:" Manage standard desktop and laptop hardware, including applying BIOS updates" Work with Windows 10 in an Active Directory/Enterprise environment, including LAPS" Work with TPM and Bitlocker" Perform workstation imaging using PXE Boot and standard images via WDS/MDR/SCCM" Troubleshoot basic imaging issues." Have reliable transportationStart date ASAP - signed project; client-readyTerm of engagement/how long is the need?: 6 monthsWork Days/hours/ max hours per week: BE SPECIFIC WITH HOURS (ie. 8-5)give a generality:" Work evenings/nights/weekends with light supervisionThe Services will be performed on site at the following Client locations:" RRMC Campus 2825 E Barnett Road, Medford, OR" TRMC Campus 500 Ramsey, Grants Pass, OR" AACH Campus 280 Maple Street, Ashland, OR" Contact Center Center Drive, Medford, OR" APP External Clinics Various addresses in Medford, Ashland and Grants Pass, ORService technicians will not be travelling from site to site in any given day.Technicans will work off a burndown sheet at a site level of devices to complete. once the site is complete, they will move to the next site.
