We are a local, established dispensary, and we are seeking genuine humans with the right qualifications to fill budtending positions!
This position requires an extremely keen eye for detail, and the ability to abide by all OLCC and store policies / procedures / and regulations.
Prior experience in this industry is not required, but retail experience is preferred! The desire to expand your knowledge of Cannabis, and keep up to date with new information regarding the industry as a whole is essential. We want to invite those who are passionate about the capacities of this plant, and excited to share that excitement and knowledge with our guests, on to our team.
This positions requires an OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit. Please do not apply until you have completed the application process and can provide a physical copy of your permit.
Qualifications
21 +
OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit.
Ability to follow strict laws, policies, procedures, and regulations.
The understanding that we are working in a very regulated industry, and we rely on our budtenders to act with integrity and mindfulness through each transaction.
Detail-oriented, punctual, honest! Reliable transportation.
Cash handling experience - Accurately completing monetary transactions throughout the day and keeping the till correctly balanced.
Ability to mesh well in a team-oriented environment, and understand constructive feedback regarding work performance.
General knowledge base of Cannabis as a whole, and the desire to expand this knowledge and keep up with new information regarding cannabinoids, terpenes, technology for different consumption methods, different product types and how to use them, etc. Overall, passion!
Desire to keep up to date with your knowledge of OLCC regulations and procedures.
