Property management company has current opening for a Property Manager in Springfield. This is an on-site position and has 85 units and a pool. Knowledge of landlord/tenant law desired. One bedroom unit provided plus salary. Requires 30 hours of work per week. Position is responsible for collecting rents, bank deposits, giving notices, dealing with tenant complaints, keeping the grounds clean, and pool maintenance.
