A local, well established management firm is seeking a full-time EXPERIENCED On-site Apartment Resident Manager for a small community in the Springfield/Eugene area.
Resident Manager Duties and Requirements:
Rent Collection
Payable entry
Resident Relations (conflict resolution, retention skills)
Leasing knowledge of tenant/landlord and fair housing laws a must
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
3-5 years of previous experience
Proficient in Excel and Word
AppFolio/Yardi experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
Excellent customer service
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
